Hey Scott, You probably noticed those trays were gone on Saturday. I came by (soccer game in Waimea) and picked them up. Whew, you are quick. Looks great! Make sure to sink those beets all the way down to the growing tip in the center. The stems will get a little stretched through the winter with less light, so we want to try to plant the entire stem to protect them from wind issues. Those two rows, unmulched, are zucchini? You probably still have some seeds leftover, eh? I was thinking that Field 3 didn't get zucchini all the way across. So, next to the cilantro, probably about 3 beds (you know more than me on this one) could be planted in zucchini. I have three flats of celery for the rest of that field. Will be ready in about 2 weeks or less.
